Hi, I'm Sara

"As a mum of 3, I perfectly understand the corncerns and worries we have around the physical and mental wellbeing of our children"

The physical benefits of Pilates are amazing. So is the energy and mindful connection that it can promote, especially for young adults and in the high pressure environments the world presents.

Let me help your teens to achieve better movement, flexibility & strength. Whatever their starting point, optimising the body using Pilates helps to improve posture, alleviate existing injuries or pain points and reduce the risk of future ones.

I look forward to bringing the benfits of Pilates to your loved ones

About

I first became interested in Pilates over 20 years ago. I was working as a solicitor in London, suffering from chronic lower back pain caused by scoliosis (curvature of the spine). I tried many things to help with the pain but it wasn’t until I started one-to-one Pilates equipment sessions, with a Stott qualified Pilates teacher, that I immediately saw the benefits; after just 5 sessions I was amazed at the difference in my posture, alignment and core strength. Pilates quickly became an integral part of my life and my passion. I only wished I had experienced pilates earlier in my life.

I want to share with you , and the children and young adults in your life, the benefits I’ve experienced.
In 2011, I decided to leave my legal career and move to Bristol to pursue my dream of teaching Pilates. I now teach Pilates from my fully equipped studio I created courses for Teens online and for schools across the UK.
Since 2016 I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from teens to active agers, including people suffering from neurological and physical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, strokes and back injuries.
